The place was fairly clean with a pleasant and immensely pleasant staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was tasteful and amazing with the food which was supposed to be hot and the local wine, for example, had everything you could want.
There was spa to be added.

The building is nice, the room is quiet. Quiet atmosphere, but some people working here are a little rude. The location is great and stunning, as the hotel is based that close to city center. Distance to a restaurant takes 500 metres.

Thoroughly enjoyed how fabulous the property was and its accommodating staff at the reception desk. I stayed in the room that was always kept clean and available with ample wardrobe space. Very central location was a plus. Found Vassilenas minutes away from the hotel where I had supper. The gourmet restaurant was great for dinner, extraordinarily good value for money.
There was spa missing, I was a little disappointed.
